I was a patient of Dr. Judy's. He retired a while ago and a new group took over his practice. I have a permanent wire retainer on my... read more front bottom teeth. The cement wore off on three of the contact points and it was driving me crazy! Not to mention my teeth felt loose! I haven't been in to see the orthodontist for over a decade!!! I called on a Monday and got an appointment with Dr. Carly Moran for yesterday (Wednesday) - thankfully, my records were still in their system. Brittany (who was amazing) handled most of the work, but Dr. Carly was attentive, knowledgeable, courteous... just fabulous. They took a radiograph to assess for bone loss and in the end, replaced the wire retainer. I went to check out and pay. To my surprise and delight, there was no charge. Since I was a previous patient under Dr. Judy, they honored that relationship. I want to give Brittany, Dr. Carly and the entire practice a big THANK YOU! My teeth felt better immediately! I'm so grateful for their wonderful care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.
