I called on a Monday and got an appointment with Dr. Carly Moran for yesterday (Wednesday) - thankfully, my records were still in their system. They took a radiograph to assess for bone loss and in the end, replaced the wire retainer. I went to check out and pay. To my surprise and delight, there was no charge.
